Murtoli Estate Corsica required all the passion and dedication of one man, Paul Canarelli, who inherited the land from his family and brought it back to life with great respect to the history of the land and his ancestors.

Located on 6700 acres of land, Murtoli Estate Corsica is a wonderful domain. The estate’s primary existence is based on the pastoral and arable farming of the typical products of Corsica. The goats and sheep you see on the land are an integral part of the agricultural, and the cheese factory belonging to the Murtoli Domain is a vibrant testimony of the authenticity that can be seen throughout.

The agricultural vocation of the Murtoli Corsica Estate brings the best and most natural produces to your table: Olive oil, Honey, Meat, Vegetables, Fruit, Flowers and Wood.

In three different locations, 16 typical Corsican houses and villas have been restored beautifully. They are scattered across 3 different geographical areas on the estate. These properties range from 1 to 5 bedrooms, each one is unique per its location and size.

Three restaurants with only the freshest produce will offer you three very unique menus and ambiences at Murtoli Estate Corsica:

The Beach table: in Spring and Summer The Beach Table will bring the seafood fresh to your table. An enchanting location between olive trees and mastic shrubs mingling in between shade and sun. The relaxed bar makes it a favourite location for cocktails in the sunset.

The Grotto table: a magnificent natural cave has been transformed into a spectacular restaurant! Under the rock ceiling stands a bar and a superb wine cellar. A large fireplace brings warmth and adds to the natural ambience. Candles are lit, flowers grace the tables and a beautiful piece of lamb is roasting over the open fire. The moments here are yours to savour and enjoy.

The Farm: the newest addition to the Murtoli Estate Corsica. The Farm is a gastronomic restaurant with a splendid menus of revisited Corsican specialties. Soon it will open to offer you a seating area for 150 and unique flavours in a charming barn renovated with local traditional materials and tasteful furniture. In the summertime a large terrace will host you in an idyllic setting with scenic views.

Catering is another splendid option to experience the spectacular gastronomic culinary variety of Murtoli directly at your private house on the Estate.

There are many seasonal activities to enjoy at Murtoli Estate Corsica. Located at the seaside with a large expanse of land behind you, you can appreciate beach time in a beautiful private location as well as golfing.

Hunting in Corsica, is an ancient tradition, one rooted for centuries, living, based on a few principles part of the culture and essence. Murtoli Estate Corsica is located on 2500 hectares of land between the sea and the mountains, making hunting a pleasure here.

Even if modern ways of hunting are adopted, no one has removed any of the old ones. All the rituals, caution, friendliness, respect and conservation are scrupulously respected to the delight of all the guests. This is so much of what Murtoli is all about!

Natural Golfing, here is a new way to enjoy this game with an ever-changing course. Different pars are available along the golf course, so you can set your own special challenge start with a par 3 then move on to par 4 and finish it off with a par 5. Maybe you want to alternate or to set the bar high all  the way. In a very natural setting this course will give you a new perspective on the sport in a simple, natural environment with beautiful scenery.
