THE HIGH ROUTE VILLA

A true ski-in/out seven-bedroom + 3 loft property The High Route Villa offers a luxury experience unlike no other in Whistler. Skiers of all ability levels can access the main ski-in/out trail, and non-skiers can ride the private Kadenwood gondola down to the shops and cafes in Creekside Village.

The High Route Villa was completed in 2014 and is a thoughtful combination of contemporary meets West Coast Wood in its design. Exposed timbers, vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace nod to traditional chalet style as they form the outline of the villa’s expansive great room, while sleek furnishings lend a refined modern look. Gather around the wood-burning hearth on the sectional, seat fourteen friends or family at the table for dinner and serve up well-deserved après-ski snacks from a fully equipped kitchen with beautifully panelled cabinets.

The seven bedrooms are spread out over three floors. A honeymoon worthy master suite with private seating area, fireplace and balcony are secluded on the top floor, the 2nd bedroom on the main level along with the open concept kitchen, living room, dining and media room and the other five bedrooms on the lower floor adjacent to the 2nd media room.

High Route has all the amenities of a ski resort and more, from exercise, fitness room, media and steam rooms to Apple TV, a sound system and Wi-Fi. Watch the stars come out over the snow-capped hills while cozied up to the outdoor fireplace and heat lamps or soaking in the al-fresco hot tub. For the hardiest souls (or summer visitors), there’s a barbecue on the deck as well.
