The whole chalet can be offered in 4 versions:

As a whole this beautiful property accommodates up to 18 people. The chalet can be separated into four private apartment units for 4, 6  and 8 persons.

Each exclusive chalet apartment offers a great deal of privacy. The spacious south and west facing balconies and patios are designed in accordance with the course of the sun.

This super modular large luxury chalet is built on a stone foundation and in traditional Alpine chalet style with indigenous larch wood, which provides a great feeling of warmth and cosiness.

Chalet Lech I

110 m² living area and a patio of approx. 80 m². This is comprised of 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 extra bed possible) and separate bathrooms.
Private sauna, steam shower in the bathroom and cosy relaxation area, guest toilet, open fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen.

The basic service is including breakfast and a personal assistant to help you.

We can also offer a fully serviced and catered option (half-pension).

Grand Chalet Lech II

220 m² living area and private balconies of approx. 80 m². This is comprised of 4 bedrooms with double beds and separate bathrooms.
Private spa under a roof gable with great views; sauna, steam bath, freestanding bathtub, relaxation area.
Reception area with walk-in wardrobes, lift, living room with open fireplace and outdoor fireplace on the balcony.
Eat-in kitchen, dining room and space for guests.

The basic service includes breakfast and a personal assistant to help you.

We can also offer a fully serviced and catered option (half-pension).

The Smaller Lech Chalet on the Arlberg

The Chalet Arlberg accommodates 4 to 6 persons (plus 2 children’s beds)

170 m² living area and approx. 168 m² south facing terrace. This includes 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a guest toilet.
Private bio-sauna and steam shower in the bathroom, open fireplace in the living room, and fully equipped kitchen.

The private luxury Chalet Arlberg is built of stone, wood and glass and has large windows and a private south facing terrace with a magnificent view of the Omeshorn above Lech am Arlberg.
